Women Only Bootcamp

Would you like to start your weekend off feeling energised? Would you like to have fun while improving your overall fitness levels? Would you like to make some amazing friends along the way? Why not come along to a fun filled bootcamp which is suitable for all abilities! 

As a qualified level 2 instructor and level 3 personal trainer, I will be at hand to help improve your cardiovascular health, increase your muscle strength as well as help to manage your weight, all whilst ensuring you are performing each exercise correctly and safely. 

Each session will last about 45 minutes and will include exercises using weights as well as our own bodyweight to make sure we work as many muscles as possible! With srength training alongside cardio proven to increase our health, energy levels and even aid sleep...what are you waiting for?

The PT sessions have been fab and also very varied mixing up toning exercises, cardio, weights and core work - the sessions fly by as having so much fun! Rachel keeps you going with the exercises even when you’re tiring, and keeps you pepped up for the session! 👍🏻
