Women only Bootcamps
Why not come along and try a Saturday morning bootcamp 8:45-9:30am. These include body weighted and weighed based exercises to help improve fitness, keep our muscles strong and most importantly have fun with other light minded people!

Disordered Eating Therapy
Improving your relationship with food on a psychological level can be difficult. Through use of evidence based treatments I can support you with your journey to overcome an eating disorder.
