Rachel's early morning sessions let me up for the day and Saturday mornings wake me up for the weekend. Love every minute! They are hard but so much fun and in such a lovely setting, whats not to like!

I have recently started both boot camps and personal training session with Rachel, both of which have been fab!!

The boot camps are varied each week and a great team atmosphere working out together! There’s an easier and harder option to most of the exercises so accommodating for all.

The PT sessions have been fab and also very varied mixing up toning exercises, cardio, weights and core work - the sessions fly by as having so much fun!
